a) Personal data provided by you when logging in to V-work through your i-pocket or domain account.
b) Information related to you that V-work receives and records due to your access and use of our services, including but not limited to the record of the pages you access, the date and time of your access, hardware and software information (OS version information, V-work version information, device ID, device type), network information.
c) Personal data provided by you when using the service, obtaining support and help;
d)Information about your commonly used device (including hardware model, device MAC address, operating system type, application list (application name, package name, installation time), process information, unique device identification code IMEI/AndroidId/OAID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information, etc. to describe the basic situation of your commonly used device) and personal device authorization information.
To provide you with services, V-work will protect, use, and disclose your personal data in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. For the purpose of providing services, if you voluntarily fill out or provide your name, gender, ID card type and ID card number, date of birth, nationality, email address, phone, contact address, and postal code, as required for registration or subscription, as well as the services you wish to provide, customer codes, and other similar personal data, it means you have understood and accepted V-work's collection, protection, and use of your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.
Non-personal data includes but is not limited to:
a) Information that you publish or disclose when using the services we provide;
b) Information related to the measures taken by V-work for your violations of legal and regulatory provisions or V-work policies;
We will make every effort to isolate your personal data and non-identifiable data and use them separately. If personal data is mixed with non-identifiable data, it will still be considered as personal data processing.
Without V-work's prior consent, you shall not provide V-work with personal information that may lead to additional legal obligations beyond this policy.

c) Conducting internal audits, data analysis, and research to improve our products and services;
d) Analyzing business operational efficiency;
e) Improving our loss prevention and anti-fraud programs;

Before obtaining your formal consent, we will not disclose any of your personal data to third parties. V-work will use the personal data you provide within the scope permitted by this policy. However, V-work may provide your personal data to government departments, judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or other third parties in accordance with their requirements, or disclose it in legal or dispute resolution procedures; or in order to protect the interests of V-work, clients, or the public, it may disclose certain personal data within a limited scope. By providing personal data, you understand and agree that V-work may use your personal data in certain situations, including but not limited to the following:
a) According to the provisions of laws and regulations or the requirements of administrative or judicial law enforcement and supervision authorities, disclose to third parties or administrative authorities, judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies, or supervision authorities;
b) If you violate applicable laws, regulations, or V-work service agreements or related policies, disclose to third parties;
c) Other appropriate disclosures by V-work in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies, such as for the purpose of enforcing terms and conditions or preventing personal, property, or illegal acts;
d) For user service purposes, V-work may use your information to provide you with information you are interested in, including but not limited to sending you product and service information;
e) In certain jurisdictions, if there are reorganizations, mergers, bankruptcies, or liquidations, your personal data may need to be disclosed;
f) Network link information may be used for network attack detection;
j)In legal or dispute resolution procedures, such as litigation or arbitration.
3.1 V-work attaches great importance to the safety of personal data. We adopt appropriate physical, administrative, and technological security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. For example, we will use encryption technology to ensure the confidentiality of data; we will use protection mechanisms to prevent data from being attacked by malicious attacks; we will deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal data; and we will hold security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal data. We will retain your personal data within the period required to achieve the purposes of this policy, unless we need to extend the retention period or are permitted to do so by law. We will do our best to protect your personal data, but please note that no security measures can be foolproof.
3.2 Despite the aforementioned security measures, it is your responsibility and duty to keep your account and password secure. You will be fully responsible for any legal liability caused by your failure to keep your account and password secure.
3.3 If you find that your account or password is being used or has been used in an unusual way without your authorization, you should notify V-work customer service immediately. You may request V-work customer service to take measures to temporarily suspend your account login and use.
3.4 In the unfortunate event of a personal information leak or other security incident, V-work will, in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations, notify you and the relevant competent authority of the relevant information about the data leakage incident through appropriate means such as announcements, emails, or text messages. If your personal information is leaked due to V-work's reasons attributable to V-work, after V-work confirms the relevant data leakage incident and causes, V-work will make reasonable efforts to delay the notification of the data leakage to you.
3.5 The personal information collected and produced by us will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China and will not be transmitted overseas.
4.1 To ensure your information security, we will take various reasonable necessary measures to protect your information after collecting it. For example, personal important information is encrypted and stored, API is encrypted and transmitted, access rights are managed by matrix, and secondary verification is required for important information queries. At the same time, we have established relevant internal control systems, adopting the principle of least necessary authorization for employees who may come into contact with your information; monitoring the behavior of employees who handle your information through systems, and continuously providing training and enhancing guidance on legal and regulatory and privacy security awareness for employees.
4.2 During the use of V-work services, we will continue to save user's personal information.
If you actively apply for deletion of personal information or account cancellation, we will retain your existing personal information in accordance with the shortest period specified by laws and regulations, and we will not use your personal information for commercial purposes within the shortest preservation period required by laws and regulations. Once your personal information exceeds the above preservation period, we will delete or anonymize it.
According to relevant laws, regulations, standards in India, as well as practices in other countries and regions, we ensure that you can exercise the following rights over your personal information:
You have the right to access your personal information, except for exceptions stipulated by laws and regulations. If you wish to exercise your right to access data, you can do so through the following methods:

If you find that the personal information we handle has errors, you can modify it by logging into the Love Bag APP personal center account information column.
You can request us to delete your personal information in the following situations:
(1) If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
(2) If we collect and use your personal information without obtaining your consent;
(3) If our handling of personal information violates our agreement with you;
(4) If you no longer use our products or services, or if you cancel your account;
(5) If we no longer provide products or services to you;
(6) If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities from which we obtained your personal information to delete them promptly, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these entities have obtained independent authorization from you.
After your information is deleted from our services, we may not delete it immediately from our backup systems, but it will be deleted when the backup is updated.
You can contact us by phone to withdraw your consent to collect, use your personal information. After withdrawing consent, we will no longer process your personal information. At the same time, we will ensure your right to refuse to receive commercial advertisements based on your personal information. When we share, transfer, or disclose your personal information to the outside world, we will provide notice of your withdrawal of consent. Within the scope permitted by law, V-work reserves the right to update or modify this policy from time to time. If our privacy policy is changed, we will publish the latest version of the privacy policy on V-work and take effect immediately from the date of publication, so that you can understand the latest privacy policy. You should proactively check the content of this policy. If we make significant changes to the privacy policy, we may also send separate notices of changes to you through your contact information, and you should pay attention to receive them. If the update of this policy causes a substantial reduction in your rights under this policy, and you continue to use our services, it means that you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
7.1 In the event that you accept any V-work service, this policy constitutes a part of the agreement for the service relationship (whether the agreement is oral, written, or otherwise). It should be considered together with the relevant service agreement. In this case, unless the service agreement explicitly excludes its applicability, the terms of this privacy agreement shall prevail.
7.2 V-work shall not be liable for any loss that users may suffer due to leakage of personal information resulting from legal requirements, force majeure, technical limitations, or other objective reasons. In the case of clear third-party liability, V-work will assist users in pursuing responsibility against the third party. If V-work violates the law, the company or relevant personnel shall bear legal liability. However, in any situation where claims are made when the law does not prohibit them, claims for damages shall be based on the agreements in this policy and the relevant service agreement. Unless V-work violates mandatory legal provisions or causes damage intentionally or with gross negligence, V-work's compensation liability for users' losses due to personal information leakage shall be limited to compensating users for actual losses (any unverifiable or unreasonable related losses or expenses shall not be deemed as actual losses). Moreover, this compensation shall not exceed two times the service fees V-work has actually received for the relevant service. In cases where it is impossible to distinguish specific services or V-work has not charged for the services, V-work's liability for a single breach of contract or claim shall be limited to RMB 1,000. The above compensation commitment is based on the assumption that the user is not at fault. If the user is at fault, V-work's responsibility should be correspondingly reduced or exempted. To avoid disputes, if the user fails to notify V-work in a timely manner or take other reasonable measures to stop the loss, V-work has the right to claim exemption from compensation for any subsequent expanded losses. V-work does not promise to compensate for pure spiritual harm to users.
